I had a great first time trying on wedding dresses at Durand. I called to make an appointment and they got me in the next day. The associate carefully pulled dresses that matched what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions like taking photos, tying hair up, etc so I could envision the final look. Though I didn’t end up buying my dress from Durand, I’d definitely still recommend going there.

I had the BEST experience dress shopping at Durand. Brittany was my stylist and was so happy, helpful and bubbly to be around. I love how welcoming everyone at Durand was. It was also nice to have your own more private space than other bridal salons in the city. Another positive from Durand is the size range they have for trying on sample dresses a made it more enjoyable not feeling stuffed into certain styles. I have also been here as a guest of 2 different brides in the last few months, both of which also found their dresses at Durand. We all had excellent experiences and I would recommend shopping at Durand for anyone looking for a bridal gown.

Absolutely love this bridal shop! Brooklyn was amazing, she is a great stylist. She really listen to me as to what I was looking for and made me feel really great when trying on all the dresses and was always asking me questions so she could help me pick the right dress. I went to other bridal shops and Brooklyn hands down was the best stylist! Highly recommend coming here to find your dress and to get great customer service!

I have had the pleasure of coming to Durand Bridal twice in the last year where both of the appointments I had the AMAZING and talented Master Stylist Marjie! The first time I came I was actually helping my Mom pick her wedding dress and the second time I was looking for myself while picking up my Mom's dress. For both appointments between my Mom and I, Marjie went absolutely above and beyond with making us comfortable, making the appointments fun and effortless, and helped us both find dresses we loved! She is goofy and kind, but still holds herself in a professional manner. She single handedly picked out the first dress I was going to try on and it ended up being the dress I chose. She is a bridal dress wizard!!!! I would come here time and time again if I could, I highly recommend scheduling Marjie as your stylist. 5 stars to Durand Bridal!!!

My girlfriend and I stopped in Durand Bridal just to check it out in January 2022 (wedding in June 2023). They had space for an appointment, so we decided to go ahead and try some on. Our sales lady was so kind, so lovely, and just generally pleasant to be around. She pulled a lot of dresses I really liked, and I appreciated her input based on the feedback I was giving. I ended up falling in love with a dress. It was slightly over budget. Durand Bridal offered to drop the price a little to meet my budget if I bought it that day. Sold! I came back in May 2022 for my measurements. There were a few communication issues that I understand had to do with staff turnover. My dress came in later than expected and a few emails went unanswered. Leslie apologized for letting me fall through the cracks and paid a portion of my alterations. Their selection, affordability, everything was just top notch. It was also nice being a street size 10-12 and having tons of samples to try on that fit.
