Amazing service and quality! Called a few weeks back because the key I had made at a DYI store did not work at all. I got a callback immediately, and when the original person was not available due to an emergency, referred me to another team member, who reached out by phone asap. They were professional and friendly, and I had working keys so quickly and for a good price. Very impressed, and will def use them again!

When I tell you this is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Period. That should be the end of my review for this company but it is not. Riley was an absolute delight from the moment they pulled up to the moment they were leaving. They made me feel calm and not stressed during what was such a stressful time. They even took the time to educate me on my lock system and what was going on. The top tumbler lock on my trailer was stuck and I couldn't get into my trailer. I had called about 8 other companies in Calgary. I was laughed at, I was hung up on, I was put on hold and never picked back up - I was even just told NO. I will always recommend David Locksmith when friends ask for any recommendations.

Great experience! They came out in bad weather to deal with a car lock on very short notice. Very professional and a fair price.

These guys were very professional, great pricing and very friendly. The deadbolt they installed works perfectly and looks great too. I thought about trying to install it myself but I’m glad I called these guys. Would recommend their service to anyone looking for some extra security, very happy customer 👍🏼
