Just a special shoutout to Pat. After owning 3 cars over the years I’ve brought my past two trucks to Pat for inspection/servicing/diagnosing. I find it’s super easy to be taken advantage of especially as a woman in the automotive industry and Pat has been super forward, explained EVERYTHING, gave me different options and for a very reasonable price. My family and I will continue to come here for the years to come.

TLDR: went to get tires changed, dented my car, refused to take responsibility. I was trying to be reasonable but I’m disappointed at the lack of accountability and rude demeanour. When I came to pickup my car after getting the tires swapped, I noticed a dent that was on the vehicle that wasn’t there when I brought it in, I had brought it up and was met with lies, denial and body language that indicated they were aware of this damage occurring. The paint colour and height of damage were identical to their blue shop cart. They then proceeded so blame their own customers for potentially causing damage in their own parking lot. I got the damage quoted at a body shop and it’ll be $800 to repair due the to depth and location of the damage. I’ve been going here for ten years and because of this incident I will no longer be a customer, or referring this place. I’m open to a reasonable conversation and will revisit this review if accountability is taken. Based on my experience, I’m sure I’ll be met with further denial and deceit.
