Awesome service and great prices. After getting frustrated from a big box store, I canceled my appliance order and called Coast. They had what I needed in stock at the same price. Picked it up the next day from their warehouse. Easy to deal with, and great customer service.
Kory made buying a new washer and dryer so painless and easy! Installed and delivered no issues! Love our new appliances! Will be back to buy kitchen appliances!
***AVOID*** Brand new installed dishwasher broken, was told by builder to deal directly with manufacturer. Others online/Reddit have had same issue with Coast Appliances and of them not replacing/exchanging brand new appliances they sell. Are they selling refurbished and acting like it's new? Who knows. Had the builder of my home install a Whirlpool dishwasher in my new home and the dishwasher was broken. It was never used.. Builder said Coast cant replace/exchange and that I need to go through Whirlpool... The service tech that Whirlpool sent said some motor is broken.. 4 weeks later the part has been delivered, during that time yup handwashing... They're coming tomorrow and will see how the repair goes and if that even fixes my dish washer.. Thanks a lot Coast, great company! Thanks for wasting my time and standing behind the products you sell!
