Throughout the process, from start to finish, I felt comfortable and confident that the outcomes would be positive and I have not been disappointed. It is almost 2 weeks now since my operation and my vision has become simply amazing. Each person I met at the Clinic presented themselves in a professional and positive manner and I know that this contributed to my successful results. From a practical point of view I was very impressed with the fact that the phone and e-mails were answered in a timely manner. In addition, the documents outlining the details and procedures of the pre, day of and post operation were very helpful. Finally, as an out of town patient I was pleased with the scheduling flexibility. Finally, I have nothing but total gratitude to have had Dr. Al-Ghoul as my surgeon. His calm demeanor and outstanding skill were just simply brilliant and it is obvious that the entire team has been built on his world class approach to healing. I would highly recommend this clinic. My daughter had lens implant surgery to correct her incredibly poor vision. Prescription glasses no longer offered a solution for her vision. So we went ahead and met with the staff of clarity vision. They were very supportive, kind and understanding. They provided thorough testing and insured my daughter Could safely have this procedure done. I haven't seen my daughter without glasses in 15 years. And now her eyes are so big and beautiful. It's unbelievable that for someone who had to wear coke bottle thick glasses, She is now able to go without glasses. I'm so excited for her as she can now Live a normal Life, Get a driver's license, Get a job, Pursue her education, And actually be a contributing part of society.

I had PRK surgery here almost 2 weeks ago and the staff here are so amazing and nice. Everyone from Dr. Al-Ghoul, Dr.labelle, and channelle are amazing and care about your well being. I was super nervous surgery day but Dr. Al-Ghoul did a great job with helping me calm my nerves down and my surgery and recovery time was such a breeze. Only thing I’d say I had an issue with was I had to chase them a few times to get information prior to surgery. I would have a scheduled call and no call, and when I would call, no answer. I know the clinic is busy but it’s definitely something they can work on. Other than that I’m happy my eye doctor sent me to clarity.

I have been a patient of Dr Al-Ghoul for many years. He has a gentle manner which I so appreciate. He is a skilled surgeon in whom I have complete trust. I have had different types of treatments at Clarity including IPL for dry eye and cataract surgery. The atmosphere in the operating room was calm and pleasant, Dr Al-Ghoul explained what he was doing during surgery. The after care was amazing with Dr LaBelle. She was patient in answering questions, offered advice and tips, was friendly and her whole demeanour calmed my anxiety Probably the best after-care experience ever!
