We just had Kevin and his team come and install glass for an office and shower and mirror in our home. The office door is such a beautiful feature in our home. Kevin and his team were efficient but paid attention to detail and wanted to ensure the door looked perfect, and included myself and my designer’s opinions during install. They were polite, respectful, friendly and very professional. They did our office door, bathroom shower glass install, and gym mirror. We could not be happier with the end results! It was done perfectly and we are so pleased with how high end it looks. Thank you so much Kevin for being so awesome! We love your work.

My first, and will be only experience, with this company. Jeff, an estimator with Chinook Glass, was totally ignorant to me when the sealed window unit I wanted replaced was ordered 10�? too small. Not my mistake, he came out and measured. It was not realized until the service guys were here to install. I was told someone would get in touch with me and get this resolved quickly. Never happened, when I called the next day to find out what was going on, Jeff started giving me attitude about how things like this “ take time�? to get fixed. Never once owning up to making a mistake, or even apologizing for the inconvenience of everything. The only time I received a call in a timely manner was when the job was finally completed, by the end of the day I had an invoice sent, and a call the next day wondering how I wanted to make payment. I used Chinook glass for all my table tops 10 years ago and then just recently. The two men that did the installation were excellent. However, my main complaint is how they are charging labor. Two men have to come out so you are automatically paying for two people. And they charge a one hour minimum for labour. Why should I be charged for time that is not being used? I think this is wrong and should be looked at. A 30 min minimum seems fair but one hour for what they charge feels like they are taking advantage of the customer and making extra cash on the side.

We had a great experience with this company replacing a failed window. When they came to replace our old window, they discovered the frame was rotting from water damage over the years. Omar and Richard has such attention to detail and fixed it promptly and recaulked the other windows that may have been affected by water damage. They were honest, courteous, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Jeremy was open and honest about the quote and let me know of potential issues (that thankfully never occurred). He got us scheduled in before the weather was about to change for the worse. I would have no hesitation in calling them again for any future window concerns. Well done!

Great folks! I always go to them if I need glass replacement. They installed 2 glass doors for our shower last year and it was done perfectly!
