Cascade Glass was a pleasure to work with from day 1. After my initial call with Neil, a date was set for Danny and Kirk to come over and custom measure the wall for the mirrors I wanted to be installed. I understood that when walls are constructed they are rarely perfect. This was very evident when the measurements had shown how "out" the walls can really be. It was explained to me that when the mirrors are custom-cut, the symmetry of having an equal amount of space between the edges of the wall and ceiling to the mirror edge would visually be the same. On install day, Danny and Kirk arrived with the mirrors. The prep work they did to the wall prior to install was very specific and detailed. They made sure everything was good-to-go before putting the mirrors up. Once the mirrors were installed, Danny and Kirk looked everything over to make sure there were no errors in their work. They cleaned the mirrors, as well as making sure they removed any debris. The end result was an amazing install that made our gym/fitness center one of the true center pieces of our home. We choose Cascade Glass for our shower doors. The original shipment of doors were somehow lost in transit to Calgary, being unable to trace them a new order was immediately placed as a priority. When the doors arrived the installer did an excellent job all within an hour and left. We would highly recommend this company for any glass work.

An informative and knowledgeable customer service representative processed my request for a new shower door, providing valuable tips and asking focussed questions regarding our requirements. A technician arrived a few days later to accurately measure our current shower setup and assess the area. Three to four weeks later, a skilled, professional and prompt technician installed our new door and disposed of the old one. The door looks fantastic - magnetic, and opens and closes quietly.
