Rental association used to have a great move-in inspection form in 2010.
Promotes Yardi which produces terrible software and poor customer service - they cannot even answer questions about their own product without taking weeks.
CRRA ignores google reviews.

I am a 25+ year professional manager. The CRRA has always been my go to for advice on the RTA and general rental matters. They offer great how to seminars, trade shows and keep landlords abreast of law changes that we need to know. If you are a landlord, do yourself a favour, and join this organization. They will guide you in the right direction. Use their leasing forms as they are current and legally binding. Disregard the whining reviews from dissatisfied tenants , this organization is the best one a landlord can join.

Like many other reviewers, I too have experienced the frustration of not receiving a response despite leaving multiple voice messages. It's disappointing that they never returns calls, regardless of how urgent the matter may be.
In my opinion, good communication is an essential part of any business.
It's important to acknowledge that we all have busy schedules, but ignoring clients or members is simply unprofessional. If CRRA is unable to respond in a timely manner, it's better to communicate that and set realistic expectations for when they can follow up.
I hope CRRA recognizes the importance of effective communication and takes the necessary steps to improve their responsiveness in the future.

Notice to CRRA who never returns calls. This is coalition for trades and construction workers, as per the rental increases your clients whom you represent will be targeted for higher trade costs from electricians to plumbers to contractors. The more the rent goes up the higher the trade costs just like your company said on the news it's simply economics so inform your landlords to get ready to dig deeper in thier pockets and also remind them that when they purchase new pants to make sure the pockets go down as far as thier knees.

If you own a rental property - give yourself the gift of a CRRA membership! The vast knowledge they have of the RTA plus all the real world experiences they have been exposed to over 30 years is unparalleled! I've been a landlord for over 15 years and own a property management business and CRRA is still my go to place when I need clarification or advice. This is an excellent resource - and I love dealing with Nikki!
