Bryon’s knowlege of the real estate market trends, of the buyers’ expectations, his networking among other realtors, and current pricing, all led to a successful sale of our house. Within hours of listing, we had our asking price. With Bryon’s guidance, we sold at the market peak. A great, positive experience! My experience working with Ben Archibald from the Howard Team has been stellar. From starting to understand the market to nuances of various neighborhoods, Ben was there to guide the way.
