Thank you to Chris and his team for the beautiful custom master closet and our amazing guest wall bed and storage! They were great to deal with and came out to our house multiple times when we decided we wanted to make additions to the initial order. We also asked them to add doors to some open shelving over the beverage fridge. They were more cost effective than the original cabinet installer and they look perfect. Highly recommend CCC!
CCC was great to deal with. Lynn from initial consultation gave me a drawing that I loved, without me being able to provide much information other than I wanted it to be functional and useful. I liked the fact drawings were sent via email for me to look over, to then phone after with any questions I had. I found the information very transparent from CCC compared to another company that I also quoted plus the other company went their own direction with putting more shelving rather than my request of more hanging. I wanted TV space removed so I could have more room for clothes plus wanted to remove a dresser from my room with the change of the built in. Old built in was not functional as you can see by pictures below. Plus, this removed another standalone dresser. So much more room for clothes as it cleaned condo up and gives me room to buy more clothes. So a win-win. I also wanted storage in laundry room as condo storage space is always at a premium even in a two-level condo especially after making the built in functional, so I could get rid of the mess I had in laundry room as you can see in the pictures. I wanted my dryer hose covered in the cupboards as well which the installers did as well with removable slide pieces. I went with a black design as per pictures below to make it stand out along with a black feature wall. I also added backing in both units since I was painting condo after to white, so I paid extra for backing but to me it finishes off the units which was my personal preference but worth the money in my opinion. Max and Peter did an amazing job with install. I just left them there and ran home when they need since office was three blocks away. These guys take great pride in the work they do, and it shows. Very rarely did they need anything but when they did it was to get my input so they could move forward. You can tell this is a very well-run company from ownership down to employees, so I know the owner values his employees based on this. Highly recommend this company. To be honest they were slightly cheaper than other company but that could be due to design difference. Price was higher than I thought it would be, but I also had no clue what this would cost when I started the process of quoting but seeing the finished product and work involved it made sense at the end. Once again highly recommended. They absolutely exceeded expectations.
We are extremely happy with the results of our reno which converted a guest bedroom into an office w/ murphy bed. Calgary Custom Closets were the only company that was both available in a timely manner AND willing to customize their products to the extent we requested, even designing a collapsible desktop. All the staff were very professional and highly engaged and the overall cost was very competitive. We would recommend them to anyone.
We had a great experience with CCC. Where I have to give the most credit is their willingness to stand behind their product and make sure the job is done to the customers expectations. There were a few issues with our initial install and Chris made sure changes were made to make it a 5 star job. Thanks for the great job CCC.
Was extremely impressed and pleased with the service and install that the Calgary Custom Closets team provided for our recent built-in murphy bed project. From the beginning, the design and quote process was seamless and we felt no pressure like you can sometimes feel from a sales team. Of the three quotes we did get, CCC was able to meet ALL of our requests (the needs and wants) and still keep us in budget for the project. The quality of the materials used is exceptional and we feel confident they will last the test of time. The install team was flexible in working with our schedules. The install did take a little longer then expected, however, it was due to making sure they did the right thing by recutting some materials and ensuring it was finished the right way. We're very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend this team to any and all!
