We have pets and have been using Chemdry for years to clean our carpets - always with great results. Our most recent experience was not what we’ve come to expect so they did a re-do cleaning, with their usual great results. This kind of service recovery will keep us coming back!
Hugo and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a deep clean of my hardwood floors and the results were like night and day! He thoroughly explained the process and was honest to tell me what services I would not need (based on the type of hardwood floor we had) which saved me some money. He showed me the water in his machine which picked up so much dirt that mopping left behind. Very happy with the service!! :)
Had Calgary Chem-Dry come in to clean some carpets in my house that were in pretty rough shape. I was given an estimate beforehand, and then the estimate was confirmed when Mike arrived. He did a walk through and decided to go ahead and test some spots first to make sure I was happy with the potential results before proceeding with the full clean. Mike did a great job on the carpets! They were looking very dingy, and stained but he got them back to a state that I’m happy with, and didn’t drain my back account. The carpets look a heck of a lot better than they did this morning. Mike was also really personable and easy to chat with while he was working. Thanks, Mike!
From start to finish, Calgary Chem-dry did an exceptional job. They were friendly, personable and the work they did on our carpet showed a night-to-day difference. I know next time that I need our carpet cleaned, they are the first people I’m going to call.
Mike told us that he can’t guarantee the results because the couch is white. He suggested cleaning a test area, and then we could decide whether to go ahead or not. It looked good, so we got him to go for it. The results are very very good. We are happy customers.
