I called 3 other companies and the turn around time was 4-6 weeks. Heinz did an outstanding job! He was communicative with the installation day and a very nice guy. Fast and efficient. Glen was the perfect salesman, thorough and not pushy. Heinz, owner of the company, did my install. There were some issues with my windows structure but he worked until the issue could be solved. The shades look great, I am very happy with the product.
