An absolutely amazing experience overall - we had ordered funeral/sympathy arrangements. They were able to recreate the pictures we showed them and the staff were realistic on what they could achieve and made arrangements worth every dollar we spent! They also went above and beyond and arranged ribbon messages for us. They were quick with communicating with us and made the whole experience stress free!

$567 stolen from me by Blooms on 9th #wheresmyrefund sadly I made the mistake of pre ordering Holiday Planters from Blooms on 9th in Calgary Alberta on September 29, 2023
Their loyal customer email on September 30 stated “get your order in early to avoid disappointment” and that my planters would be delivered or scheduled pick up between November 11-November 25th
My credit card was charged in full the amount of $567.00 however I was not contacted regarding delivery of my purchased planters. On December 2 I called them directly with no reply, on December 12 I emailed with no reply and followed on December 20 with an email no reply. On December 20th I called Blooms on 9th the worst flower shop in Calgary Alberta and the owner tried to blame a problem with their POS machine. He insisting on still delivering my Holiday Planters which I refused and requested a refund (they were supposed to be delivered no later than November 25). After a frustrating interaction he agreed to refund the full amount. On December 31 and again January 4 I emailed Blooms on 9th the worst flower delivery in Calgary Alberta as I have still not received a refund and again no reply. Blooms on 9th the worst flower delivery in Calgary Alberta owes me $567.00 as they failed to deliver my ordered plants. Worst customer service ever and I want to make sure no one else orders flowers or planters from Blooms on 9th the worst flower delivery in Calgary Alberta without knowing they failed to deliver any product and kept my money.
Response; Thanks for your response, but I did call and email serval times to get no where. I can assure you sir, that if you check your records you will in fact see this money has never been refunded to me. I also have all unanswered correspondence that I have sent to you.

I did not have a good experience with Blooms. I ordered the "ultimate" bunch of flowers for my mum the Thursday before Mother's Day. First off, this was a VERY small bunch of flowers and did not compare to the "standard" version on the website. The flowers arrived with a lot of them browning and missing petals. I believe in supporting local businesses, since I am an artist myself and I understand the importance. The lack of customer service made me regret not ordering from Kensington Florist. The gentlemen who answered the phone (who i believe is the owner) offered to replace the flowers with a lesser value bunch (since they were very busy and didn't have many flowers in stock). I called back asking for a refund since I do not believe what my mother received was worth the $94.00 (including delivery). I unfortunately never heard back. Just a warning if you order from here, if it does not go as planned, they don't seem to want to make it right.

Ordered flowers for My girlfriends birthday and they look amazing!! The Artists pick was definitely the right choice as the arrangement is simply beautiful. Will definitely be using in the future, and thank you for making such a wonderful day special!
