I recently traded in my 2022 F150 after being absolutely wowed by the team at Big4 Motors. After experiencing poor service and customer care at several Ford dealerships across the city, I wasn't even considering a Ram initially. However, after meeting the incredible team at Big4, my decision was made—not just because the Ram product is exceptional, but because of the hospitality I received. Rob, the GM, is truly an upstanding person who sets the tone for the entire dealership. Scott, my Salesman, and Scott, the Sales Manager, were both fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Bruce in finance made the whole process seamless and stress-free. What truly blew me away was when I was removing a full wrap from my vehicle before trading it in. Rob, Scott the Sales Manager, Scott our Salesman, and about five other team members all came out to the parking lot to help my business partner and me with the job. I've worked in dealerships before and have never experienced this level of service. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family, not just another customer. The level of care and attention I received made it clear that this is the dealership I’ll be buying from moving forward. Recently purchased a new Ram Rebel from Big 4 Motors. To jump right to the punch line, it was the best dealership experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. From the very start, it was a zero-pressure environment, and the team was incredibly helpful in answering any questions. Everything discussed financially was provided clearly in writing, with nothing hidden or added later. Peter on the sales team was very responsive and knowledgeable about their models. I also worked with two of their sales managers, Nathan and Scott, plus Bruce in the finance department. All were fantastic to work with and seemed very appreciative and respectful of my time. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend them!
I just purchased my new truck from here and I have to say the whole process was very good my sales person pietro (peter) I first got in touch with him threw their online service he was very quick to respond to all my questions even still after the purchase he was very polite and accommodating for everything went threw everything during the purchase and pick up process would most definitely recommend him to any of my friends and relatives looking for a new mopar product. Next I would like to highlight the finance person kasem for his professionalism and kindness very rare for a finance person that's usually only out to get your money spent lots of time explaining all the fees extra protections and packages that were available as well as being very thorough when explaining the financing. Overall would highly recommended this dealership it was very clean and also doggy friendly and everyone was very pleasent
Recently visited the service and parts department for a small repair on our vehicle. Troy in service was very helpful and polite and gave us a very fair quote and thorough explanation of the issue. Tim Church in Parts was recommended to me by a family member who had a great experience with him and the dealership, which is why we brought our vehicle here in the first place. He did not disappoint and the girl at the counter was very attentive. My kids were so happy with the toys they got to pick from the drawer behind the counter and they were asking when they can go back to Big 4! It's so nice to visit a place that obviously values their relationships with customers and strives to create a seamless and easy experience. When we are looking for a new vehicle we WILL come here first.
This is the third vehicle that we have purchased from Big 4 Motors and once again our experience was awesome! Sales Advisor, Han Kim, makes your experience very pleasant. He is not pushy and actually listens to your wants/needs. The Business Manager got us an amazing trade in price for our other vehicle and really worked with up to get the price to where we were comfortable. I would 100% recommend any one looking for a new/used vehicle to go check them out.
