Came in here today armed with a gift certificate I got for my birthday. I was pretty disappointed with their sub-par pellet selection. The best pellets are made of whole trees (containing the cambium of the wood) and it can be a game changer for pellet grills. I could not find any quality pellets, only ones that use synthetic oils/flavours (Traeger), and sawdust ones (BBQrs Delight). They have an awesome selection of pellet smokers, and need to step up their pellet game.

I've been shopping here for around 6 years, bought lots of charcoal, a BBQ, parts, tools, starters, rubs, etc etc. They nearly always have what I need, consistently good service, friendly knowledgeable people. Nothing here is cheap but you get what you pay for. This is a waaaay better place to go for BBQ gear than a big box store.

We came into the store looking to replace our 40+ year old BBQ and knew nothing about what we were looking for. Pam did a great job educating us on all the different BBQs and accessories in the store, and really listened to what was important to us. We ended up purchasing a Broil King Baron 400 Series, which we're already enjoying and hope will last us for many years to come. The service team were excellent and responsive in ensuring our BBQ was delivered to us as arranged, and we really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism exhibited by the two gentlemen who delivered and set our BBQ up, and in particular, making sure we know how our BBQ worked before they left. Thanks guys for the great service. We'll be back stocking up on all the accessories!!! Go Riders!!!!!

Had a great experience with the purchase of a patio set and a new(!!!!) Yoder smoker. Jeff and Seranda were great to deal with and I really believe they had my satisfaction as their goal. Over priced and over rated. I just buy my pellets from here and there expensivecomparedto other places. I bought a smoker from here. I won't mention the brand but to say the least it was a headache start to finish. I ended up getting it replaced after months of arguing with them. I should have just bought it from Costco or on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji is where I found the one in the picture I literally paid ⅓rd of the price haven't had an issue since I got it. Who's Bambis Mother?
