I needed to get my car fob reprogrammed because it was broken. From start to finish, Andrew was amazing! He wasn’t sure if they could reformat my Hyundai Sonata but they did their best and he even problem solved the issue! I’m SO thankful for these guys and they saved me at least 40% on cost compared to the dealership. 100% would recommend and will be referring them to my friends and family.
They were able to unlock my door without needing to break the lock for me. Offered to come earlier than scheduled when they had a spot open up. Charged exactly what they had quoted over the phone, no extra hidden fees etc. Locksmith also put effort and time into picking our lock instead of immediately drilling/breaking it when it was being stubborn. All staff we dealt with were kind with great customer service skills. Thank you.
We use Always Affordable for our business needs. Every staff member that I've encountered with is extremely helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. Just last week, Meara assisted me to have an invoice set up in a way that was easy to bill back our clients. It's little things like this that make Always Affordable great! Hands down the best customer service. Unfortunately I had to come down during closing time but the staff and Lee made it no issues and served us with a smile till the very end. Highly recommend this place.
Very happy with our experience with Jeff at Always Affordable Always Available Locksmiths! He fixed our multipoint lock system last fall and we had some trouble with it yesterday and he came right out and got it working in minutes at no charge. Would definitely recommend this company; they are efficient and stand by their work!
