Right from the first phone call to Always Affordable, Sandy was great with her excellent customer service, after speaking with her, she set aside the perfect product for my new doors. That Saturday, we spoke with Ian, and again, Ian was awesome, he educated my wife and I on the product Sandy had put aside for us. Ian was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Always Affordable for all your lock and key needs. Great products with great service.

Had an awesome experience! I called them up to change one of our office locks, and they answered all my questions. Got a next-day appointment, and a locksmith showed up the next morning, finishing the job in just 30 minutes. The actual cost ended up being less than what they quoted over the phone, and the accounting folks emailed me a duplicate invoice. Super professional, super friendly, and no surprise charges.

The service and quality of work are great ! The guys at Affordable know what they're doing. And what they're talking about. Especially Daryl ! He's very knowledgeable and will always give you a good laugh. And their prices are really reasonable. Better than some of them other shady ones. For keys, locks, and safes. Go check out Affordable.

I STRONGLY recommend this place. I have been using their services for over 3 years now and the technicians are aways pleasant and very professional. Fair prices, quick response. The team at the store are also super friendly and kind! Such a lovely atmosphere and great customer service! Happy employees = great service! Thanks guys! always a joy coming into the store :)

I needed some keys for work cabinets. I went in, and the service was wonderful. I got to work and 1 style of key didn’t work. I called, and they were super helpful. I went back and they fixed keys that didn’t work and cut a few more just in case. Everyone was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Always Affordable Always Available to anyone in the future. Thank you for a positive experience.
