We used Alpine several times in the past and were very happy with their work and service. Recently we ordered glass sealed units for a residential front entry door. They were supposed to be laminated not tempered. The panes came with glue all over them, they are not even in thickness and there are 2 tempered stamps on each pane which looks horrible on a front door. We have attempted many times to follow up with our sales rep regarding replacement of the panes but he does not respond. After 2 months of this we are giving up and providing this review to warn others.

Capstone was looking to put up a glass eraser board in our new office space downtown and Alpine Glass was actually recommended to me by another glass shop. They knew exactly what it was I wanted, provided me different options and recommendations and got me a quote the same day. Price was right where we expected it to be. Product was completed and installed within a reasonable time frame. (3 weeks from quote to install) Installers were professional, polite, and did a great job. They obtained our approval on where we wanted it, they were careful, clean and made sure we were happy before leaving. Would definitely recommend Alpine Glass.

Needed a quick pane of glass cut for an interior door, and Alpine was very helpful and accommodating on same day notice, having the glass cut within minutes. Also had some work done at our office a couple months back, full floor to ceiling glass for offices, and not only was Alpine the most affordable, the project was done quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

These guys really know their stuff. when you give them a call, they have an answer for you, or they have the person who has the answer. For aluminum doors, glass, interior or exterior, these guys have the skill and knowledge to get the job done. They're my go-to, you should add them to your contacts, you won't be disappointed.

I had a really good experience with these folks. I was in a bind and needed things done quickly and well. Can't say enough about our glass installation. It's drawing attention to our business and just looks so light and airy. Thank you Adam, Della and all the other nice folks I met and dealt with. Cheers, Cam
