Kelly was very friendly and professional. Alfa was very thorough in the evaluation of Hail damage to our home. They increased the value of our insurance claim 30% ensuring all damage was identified. The Alfa team worked diligently to assist in new color design for our home and matched siding to roofing. The work crews worked tirelessly to complete both the siding and roofing on time. We had our roof replaced by Alfa in 2009. When the hail storm hit in July of 2023, Cody called asking if we had any damage and if we would like another set of eyes aside from the insurance adjustor. Needless to say we went ahead. Cody found more damage on our house then the insurance company did. We had a rough time navigating with the insurance company so Breanne worked with them to get us the best outcome possible. From start to finish they worked for us and helped with our vision. We were looking for the two toned with a shake siding We replaced all the siding, shingles, facia and gutters. It was a one stop shop. We were updated as to when things were going to arrive and start. They took care of it all. Not only did they complete my house, but they also completed my moms house. We are very pleased with the the Alfa team. I would highly recommend them.

Alfa staff are very experienced and professional. They came to physically measure and inspect my hail damaged roof and siding where some other companies just want to hear about it over the phone. Alfa also helped me debate with the insurance company to get the maximum return. Installation was quick, clean, and efficient. I have great peace of mind now, with a long warranty on my roof. Highly recommend!

I had previous experience with Alpha Roofing, but I had recently come across a unique issue that needed over and above attention. The issue was from the original construction of my home. Kelly and I discussed in great detail what was needed to correct the problem. The crew was diligent and respectful of my wishes and demands.
