One of the best storage companies in Canada, especially this location in town. Best customer service from Hailey and Harmen. Bravo 👏🏼. They are very knowledgeable and understanding. They ensure things are done as per facility rules, and the facility is secure for your unit along with others' safety. I have moved from Sentinel Storage facility to this location because Hailey has given me peace of mind that my stuff is in a safe and secure place. Absolutely amazing staff- very friendly, knowledgable and understanding. Haley is one of the wonderful staff members who helped make the transition into my storage unit as seamless as possible. The facility itself is clean and the prices are quite reasonable. 5/5 recommend this facility if you're looking for a storage unit.
Bluebird storage at 96th is excellent, I'm back for the 3rd time. Lockers are spacious and clean, and they are also affordable, but the cherry on top is the awesome customer service. Haley and crew are amazing. I recommend this facility!!!
Your online booking system is confusing and charged the credit card twice. Unable to process return without credit card present. Would not accept ID with supporting documents to prove identity. Drove all the way out there to have to leave and get a locker elsewhere. Complete waste of time.
Bluebird Storage on 96th is a hidden gem. The staff are courteous, caring and accommodating. The storage units are clean and heated (although not quite to room temperature) and they are easy to access. Security is excellent, prices are good and we got a very good deal for the first month. I highly recommend them.
