On time, answered any stupid or intelligent questions. I had, very polite and courteous, along with clean employees. Employees. Very respectful. Smells fantastic! Now that the vents have been cleaned. Really great work. Highly recommend.
We had Alberta Furnace Cleaning come to our house for furnace and vent cleaning. The technicians arrived at the time they were scheduled. They explained the process as to what they were going to do and how long it should take. They were very careful setting up their equipment for example they had corner protectors to protect the drywall and baseboards from their hoses. The job was completed just as they described. When they were finished they cleaned up any mess they had made and were off to the next customer. We are very happy with Alberta Furnace Cleaning. We will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone who may be in need of having their furnace and ducts cleaned.
Just had our furnace done and the guys are very knowledgeable. They were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. As well as we had an air purification UV light installed in our furnace to kill bacteria etc. I will update in a few months how well it’s working. Totally recommend Alberta furnace cleaning.
Alberta furnace cleaning was recommended to me by a plumbing company I had come in a few weeks ago, and a great recommendation it was. Jason and Tom were absolutely fantastic. They both were very professional and kind. They were able to clean the ducts and dryer vent within the hour thoroughly. Greatly appreciate all the work they did.
I took the time to go to the offices of Alberta Home Services and another reputable furnace cleaning company, asking many detailed questions about how they perform the cleaning process. At the end it was easy to make a choice, I picked Alberta Furnace Cleaning. The crew arrived a bit early which was OK, better early than late. They did a very good job in setting up equipment, connecting the hoses and proceeded with cleaning of the heat registers, cold air returns, the ducts and the furnaces in no time. They were thorough in cleaning upstairs and the main floor heat registers but I was not happy with the way they cleaned the basement heat registers. They removed all the hoses and bits and pieces and cleaned after themselves. I will recommend Alberta Furnace Cleaning to relatives and friends.
