We have had Alberta Furnace Cleaning come to our house several years ago to clean our dryer vents and they had done a great job. In the last week, our dryer kept shutting off mid cycle. We had other furnace companies come in since the last time we had Alberta Furnace Cleaning, and these companies really did not have the right equipment to clean a second story dryer vent effectively. Our dryer vent has different bends before exiting the house, and Alberta Furnace Cleaning has the best tools to dislodge any build up in the kinks of the dryer vent. Curtis, Thomas, and Jason were all very courteous, kind, and patient. They did a great job of cleaning the vent, and making sure the dryer was running correctly before leaving. They were very efficient workers and left the space exactly how they found it. It was an absolute pleasure having them by! Not all dryer vent cleaning services are the same, and I would highly recommend Alberta Furnace Cleaning. Both times their technicians have been by have been great experiences with high quality work. I will only be using them in the future.

Hired this company to clean our ducts after recent Reno's. They ripped a piece of furniture out of the wall that was attached with drywall screws and didn't even tell us. Sent them an email about it on August 08 and they never responded. Here's a copy of the email: Hi there, So I'm at odds as to how to compose this email.... On the one hand you arrived on time and completed the work in good time. On the other hand, one of your technicians literally ripped a storage cabinet out of the wall that was attached with drywall screws (we have two children under the age of 5 so we have to secure furniture to prevent them tipping over and, y'know, killing them) . I understand mistakes happen, perhaps he didn't know it was attached but it begs the following questions: 1. When trying to move it, I'm sure he realized it was unusually difficult to do so. Why not ask my wife who was home the whole time for assistance or to inquire why it's so difficult to move? 2. When realizing his mistake why not inform me or my wife what happened immediately? Again, mistakes happen but it's incredibly disappointing when people don't own up to them and fix them. That is very poor customer service. Further to that issue, the mess that was made downstairs was certainly not expected. I know some dust and what not is expected to come out by my gosh, the amount of particles and drywall dust throughout the basement was not cool. It wasn't even that bad when we had the basement built in the spring of this year. I don't like leaving negative reviews that's why I'm emailing you first. I'm not a spiteful person I just hope you are able to fix what happened here and make the situation right. I've attached a couple photos to show you how it was left. Thank you,

I called to get a quote and was quoted much less than any other furnace cleaning company i called. We live outside Calgary so most companies charge a fee to come to us. They got us in right away and arrived on time! the gentleman that showed were knowledgable, professional and polite. The service was quick and the guys made sure to clean up and leave the space as they found it. We will definitely be recommending and using this company again
