I recently had Todd and Jeff from Advanpro over to clean the furnace and ducts in our home, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. This is the second house where we’ve used their expertise, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Todd and Jeff were not only extremely friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Their attention to detail was impressive; they ensured every part of our furnace and duct system was thoroughly cleaned, which has already made a noticeable difference in our air quality. Their pricing is not only fair but also very competitive for the excellent level of service they provide. We’re very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Advanpro to anyone looking for high-quality duct cleaning at a great value.
After they left, as I was checking my house, we discovered that they cut a hole in a duct in my downstairs office and then had taped it back together and in the process had ripped one of my husband’s shirts hanging in the closet and there was a mess of dust and drywall all over his office chair and on the floor. Not impressed that they didn’t even come forward and tell me they had first - cut this hole and second- ripped my husband’s shirt.
I called their company twice for our heater that was on a verge of a major meltdown and they fixed it right away. In both instances, they were very helpful and provided me with a quote that was very competitive and even cheaper than other companies. Their technician Joshua replaced the motor instantly and our house temp definitely went back from Siberia to Florida. Thank you, Advanpro for a job well done!
Jonathan was amazing, he helped us understand what options were best for our house and our needs. He was knowledgeable, smart, personable and very kind. As someone who has never had A/C, we weren’t sure what was best. And Jonathan made sure we had all the information so that we could make the best decision. When it came to the installation, Matt came to do it and he was great. He answered all the questions we had, made sure everything was done properly. Truly an amazing team that I would highly recommend to everyone.
They were informative with the booking and friendly. The guys that came out did an awesome job! The amount of stuff left in our vents from renovation was unacceptable but the furnace cleaners removed everything. Will definitely be using this company going forward. They came highly recommended by my furnace repair company.
