I went to 3 different stores looking for hockey skates that fit and FINALLY found these guys. They had lots selection in the wide (EE) sizes that I needed. Should have came here first to get my stuff. I also found skates on sale, so I was able to get better skates with my budget. Very happy customer here 👍🏻
Such an awesome store, full of amazing staff. I’ve had a wonderful experience every time I’ve gone in. The team is always eager to help and spend time explaining things to you. Just grabbed a new pair of skates for the outdoor rinks and I’ll be sure to return for all my needs.
Went in yesterday at 4pm to exchange a pair of $75 slides for a larger size. The product was unworn and still had the tags on. Not even a speck of dust on these - easy to tell with shoes if worn, you just look at the bottoms. They didn’t argue this. I simply wanted the size that fit my son since I had guessed when buying them as a gift. Will not exchange beyond a 14 day policy NO EXCEPTIONS - even though they were still selling the same product and it literally cost them nothing to help me out in this way. I thought this was pretty cheap of them considering I’ve purchased hockey jerseys for an entire team and spent probably close to 10k at this place. Staff is young and inexperienced - resorted to arguing and poor customer service when I told them to keep the old pair to resell with the others on the shelf since I had no use for them. I rebought at full price the slides in the correct size. Just bad, bad form. Also tried to tell me they had no record of the receipt and that the old ones said another store’s name on them - gaslighting me- whatever, I know where I got them and the tag did say Adrenelin on them. It was the ones I was literally repurchasing right then and there that had a different store in fine print but on the otherwise exact same tag- and she literally just sold it to me!! However, couldn’t even open her mind for a second that she could be wrong - sadly, the second cashier was just as certain of herself and would not listen either. Scrambling and making up excuses - no idea why. It would have cost them nothing to exchange them. The first photo is of the tag of the slides I was exchanging that they tried to tell me was from a different store. I was returning the smaller size. 2nd photo was the repurchase. The larger ones cost more but I offered to pay for the extra. Instead had to pay full $84.99 in addition to the original purchase. I hate being falsely accused and made to feel dirty like I’m trying to pull one over on them somehow. Very unkind girl at the front.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Ben who works in the blade sharpening section. He was incredibly helpful and patient helping me pick out some new blades and trouble shoot my older blades to enable them to be a backup set. For a guy who is somewhat new to the sport and the gear, I really appreciated the time taken to offer such a thorough service and detailed explanations. Another reason that this is my go-to hockey gear store.
