Have used this company for years and years - both at home and at the office - and love them. A person doesn't need a locksmith often but when they do need them - it's likely in an emergency or semi-crisis. This company is so reliable, so fair, so trustworthy, and so wonderful. Seriously, what more could a person want with the safety of their locks? Very much appreciate an independent, local business. It's no wonder they've been in business for years. Highly recommend. We were having some problems with a door lock that was recently installed and ABOE managed to send a technician by within a few hours which was amazing. A big thanks to Jay the technician for handling it with such precision and care.
Very good and knowledgeable people who know their trade. I've had locks re-keyed, servicing and general inquiries all go very well. I have to say, the one-star off has to do with communication issues with some staff manning the front desk or phone. Not always the friendliest, but it's not a big deal in my book (maybe some people have bad days). Overall, they do excellent work and provide sage advice. Definitely recommended.
Have used these guys a few times. Fast turnaround on getting locks re-keyed. They checked their work too before payment. Honest too as one deadbolt was already keyed to the key. Worker pointed this out as I didn't notice and didn't charge me. Thanks.
