My husband and I brought a bike rack in where the key was broken off in the lock. Steve helped us and was absolutely phenomenal. He knew exactly what he was doing. He helped us as soon as we got there. Worked on it and had it fixed within half an hour! The cost to have it fixed was very reasonable. Excellent service! Thank you Steve! Absolutely amazing place with helpful and knowledgeable technicians. Went to a lock doctor place on 32 Ave NE and was quoted $24.50 to get an RV Baur lock key cut. Decided to drive an extra 10 km to ABOE and got 3 Bauer keys plus another couple sets cut ALL for $28.00! Great service, knowledge staff and a fair price! That's is becoming so rare these days. Excellent service! Professional, efficient, and fair pricing. Our front door deadbolt was stuck - we genuinely believed the door may need to be broken down or something. I called Monday morning and requested an after hours appointment to have the door unjammed and install a new deadbolt. I was quoted a really fair price (compared to other companies I had called), and I was told that I'd receive a call prior to arrival, etc. The staff did exactly that, finished the work in less than 20 mins, and I was charged less than I was quoted because the work took less time than expected and they actually follow an hourly rate. I had also read a ton of horror stories about locksmith company scams, so I was very hesitant. So happy I went with this company though!
