Litwiller Renovations completed an absolutely massive addition and full gut of our lower level. The project involved significant engineering and architectural drawings, coordinating approvals with the City, and methodically destroying our house before undertaking the reassembly - all while we lived on the upper level with a newborn and a 3-year-old. David was wonderful to work with, a complete professional and a man of integrity. He brought in fantastic trades, and worked closely with us as we made changes to the scope of the project. When presented with challenges or issues, David is calm and solution-oriented. The final product is fabulous, and we’re incredibly pleased. The finishes are exactly as we requested… it makes the top level of our home look like it‘s time for the same treatment!

Litwiller Renovations renovated our entire main floor during the Covid 19 pandemic. The project stayed within our budget and options were provided if any potential cost overruns were encountered. David provides excellent communication and his trades people are friendly, experienced and talented. David’s 40+ years in the business has given him many contacts in the renovation business. David and his team transformed a spare garage at my house into a combined office/music space and I couldn't be happier with the results. David was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and his team were highly skilled and professional.
