Facility is fine - it’s a gym and it mostly has everything you need in a gym. Customer service/experience is horrible. I signed up through their website and within hours my credit card was stolen, charged a bunch of times, and locked down. So, as I am waiting for the new card my payment to World Gym fails and now I also owe them a $25 fee. I found out about the fee and failed payment just now when trying to go workout within my limited schedule. The front desk staff were not helpful in any way, frankly looked confused and unsure of what to do. But I wish they’d let me train at least, which they didn’t. The website has clearly some security issues that I wish they would address. Update: spoke to another front desk rep, and the experience was far better. They were actually helpful and made me aware that indeed one can pay with direct deposit.
One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! Staff is always so helpful and supportive as well as super friendly and very knowledgeable! The environment gives off great vibes that makes you feel comfortable to be there!
Been going to world gym since it opened, seen a lot of staff come and go. Who they have there now are doing a stellar job, keeping it extremely clean and welcoming. Big shout out to Makayla for always being so welcoming.
As someone who has been a dedicated member for a few years now this gym is disappointing. Yes im fine with paying the maintenance/ cleaning fee and ive been a vip member for so long. But for anyone who reads this PLZ DONT GET VIP PLUS. Ur paying for a room full of bugs. They are everywhere!!! I really dont understand why i pay more for bugs. This is going on for 2 years in a row now! I dont think i signed the contract for bugs to be constantly on me!!!
This gym is great! Has everything you need and more. The staff, Makayla in particular, are so welcoming and cheerful so it makes it very pleasant. I will definitely keep coming!
