So easy to order flowers online! I was sending them to a friend in Calgary, same day delivery, the arrangement was beyond stunning and my friend said they were easily the most beautiful flowers she’d ever received. They sent a text notifying me of the arrangement’s completion along with a picture and letting me know they were out for delivery. Wonderful service.
I had a list of my girlfriend's favourite flowers, so when I called to order them on Friday afternoon I read out the list, they told me which ones they had and which were out of season. The woman on the phone worked with me to pick different varieties and colours, and what my options looked like. I paid by credit card over the phone and had them delivered to my friend's house for Saturday. The florist sends you a text with a picture of the flowers before delivery. My friend sent me a picture when the flowers were delivered. What you see is definitely what you get. My girlfriend and I visited my friend's house on Sunday, when I proposed. She's now my fiance. Thank you for your great customer service and making my day a little less stressful
Received gorgeous arrangement for my Oct bday, delivery was prompt and in the time frame that I requested. One rose seemed to lose shape 2 days later so the florist generously replaced the roses when I called to ask. Displays are creative and the shop is very welcoming!
My sister ordered flowers and a box of chocolates for my mom’s birthday, not knowing that my mom was going to be out of town and wouldn’t be able to receive the gift. So I called in and asked if I could pick it up myself on a Sunday (the delivery was supposed to happen on Friday). Due to some circumstances, I was only able to pick it up on Tuesday. AND I HAVE TO TELL YOU! The bouquet looked fresh and gorgeous despite the fact it’s been days since the initial delivery date (the staff most likely refreshed it for me). I received flowers from my friend. I’m not a flowers type of person. The reason that I’m reviewing and I’m super impressed is that 1) the flowers are really really nice 2) they still look fresh 10 days later. This seems like an odd miracle. Maybe you can make a flower person out of me yet.
