Breanna was the sale associate that reached out when I was hunting online. She was professional from start to finish when I was looking for a truck that fit my needs. Wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel like I had to make a deal. Ended up spending a hair more than I budgeted, however got the truck I felt comfortable with. The team brought it in from Lethbridge. I addressed a few issues I had and they ensured everything was looked at. Gave me a deal on a 30 month warranty. Thank you! Ample parking, easy to get into stalls. Good selection of products online and locally. Clean washrooms. Inside had some Reno’s happening, didn’t affect anything. Great customer break/service room. Anyone who drops my name I’ll get $500 refferal. That refferal will go to Cobb’s Exotic Animal Rescue, helping feed animals, pay vet bills and ensure staff are there treating the animals with love and care! I’ll be back down the road.
We bought a 2014 Honda CRV from Spencer Allan-Elliot at House of Cars McKnight. He was amazing to deal with and he got us a better price than I thought he possibly could. The car is in fantastic shape and drives like a dream, all the maintenance work was done. When we came to pick it up, it was cleaned and ready for us with registration papers, a license plate, and a full tank of gas! Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Spencer and the House of Cars to any of my friends and family.
I would like to leave a 10 star review for them. They have been more than fantastic. We were lucky enough to be helped by Mr. Quinn. All the questions we had he was able to answer or find the answer in good time. We never felt pressured to buy,. and we never felt ignored. We lost all our vehicles to hail damage. It was a very stressful thing to have to buy two new cars. Quinn was so helpful, it made everything so much easier and my wife and i that we were actually excited to move on, and into new vehicles. He Listened to what we wanted. He didn't try and push anything we didn't like onto us. He found the car we were asking for and found the right one at the right price that was affordable to us. I was so happy with him that i decided to have him find us our second car too. He didn't have anything at his shop, but he looked every day and got back to me every day with possible options. He eventually found me the right car i was looking for with All wheel drive! He really went above and beyond in helping us. My wife and i are so happy with the cars. I am lucky to have had such help. Also a thank you to Nolan the manager. He was so helpful in getting everything completed. No headache. Just an all around great experience with them. Not only would i recommend the people at this location, I highly suggest everyone goes out to see them. Best experience by far. Thank you Mr. Nolan and Mr. Quinn.
