This was my first time ever having to use the services of a locksmith and boy am I glad I called these people. We found ourselves quite unexpectedly with a lock door inside of our home. Adding to the stress was a puppy on the other side of that door. I called a few companies and when I called Calgary Lock & Safe, I was greeted by a very friendly voice and the other end of the phone. She quoted me a price that was much more reasonable than I expected it to be. I was told that someone could arrive here within an hour. Within 30 minutes, Darnell arrived to save the day. He was very polite and professional upon his arrival. He got straight to work and within minutes we had access again. The dog barked at Darnell so clearly she has some things to learn about gratitude haha. This is one of those I hope I don’t have to call you again, but if I do, you are the first and only choice. Thank you again!
I was one of the unfortunate ones that got locked out of the house due to sheer absentmindedness. I called this company and the lady who assisted me on the phone was polite and very helpful. She was able to find me a technician that could get the lock opened right away. Minutes later a lovely young man came and was able to open our house in 15 minutes. Price is reasonable and even cheaper, although I say charging this to experience is costly. :) Good job and thank you for being my lifesaver on that day!
Highly recommend Calgary Lock and Safe. Had multiple safes that were damaged during a robbery and were inoperable. Gary from CL&S visited our site, opened the damaged safes so we were able remove contents and he was even able to repair safe doors the same day!! Him being able to repair the doors saved us huge replacement costs as well we were up and running he same day and didn’t have to wait 3 months for the replacement safes. Thank you so much Gary, really appreciate your fast and amazing service!!
I was just there the other day to get keys cut for a older square body pick up truck I bought. The guys are awesome that work here. They cut the keys and tested them since I had the truck there. They had the right looking keys. The round one for doors and the square for ignition. The cost was very good. I will use them for anything lock related purchases or fixes I have going forward. I walked outside and pulled the door closed behind me….and the realized I didn’t have keys… sat and thought of how to get back, break window or call a locksmith. I’m glad I chose option 2. I called and explained what just happened, they said they would call me back and let me know an update. A few minutes passed and they called let me they had a locksmith finishing up on another job and could come by shortly. A short moment later a locksmith technician arrived and helped me get back in, I had new hardware already and they helped me install it. I am very happy and the process and update were timely and efficient. I would recommend their services. Thank you!
