Limo to Go is unreliable and unprofessional, especially for important events like weddings. I booked based on positive reviews, expecting a smooth experience. However, when the vehicle I reserved was in an accident the night before, they avoided accountability and tried to shirk their responsibilities. When I complained to Naser, the owner, about their service being two hours late, he shockingly responded with a bigoted remark, saying, "This is why I hate doing business with Sikhs," citing a past negative experience to justify his prejudice
On my wedding day, the vehicle didn’t show up at all. When I called, Carol (Naser’s wife and co-owner) rudely told me that the original vehicle had been in an accident and that they didn’t send a backup because, according to her, I had given the wrong address. She claimed their driver and GPS couldn’t find the location, despite the fact that I had confirmed the address with Naser both at the time of booking and again the day before. I had also provided the website of the venue, which clearly displayed the address, easily found on both Google Maps and iPhone Maps.
Given that the address was correct and readily available through multiple sources, I suspected they didn’t have a backup vehicle and they tried getting out of providing a backup vehicle by saying I had given the wrong address. Only after my friend, who understands contract law, intervened and explained that the address was correct and they were obligated under contract to provide the service did they finally send a vehicle.
However, the backup vehicle was a downgrade Despite this, they charged me the same price, and some guests were forced to sit on each other’s laps. Worse, the steps on the backup limo were broken, so people had to jump out of the vehicle as there were no proper steps to exit safely.
The driver, despite being two hours late, rushed us through the ride because he had another booking to attend to, leaving us with only four hours of service instead of the six we had paid for. After the wedding, when I tried to address these issues with Naser, he dismissed my concerns, claiming I should be grateful he gave me someone else’s booking. When I pointed out this didn’t resolve the poor service and the downgrade, he again made bigoted comments about Sikhs.
While some reviews suggest Limo to Go may provide good service when everything goes smoothly, my experience shows that when problems arise, they avoid accountability, deliver subpar service, and respond with offensive, discriminatory behavior

Limo service is brutal. Our driver was 10 minutes late picking us up. We booked for an hour and our driver tried to drop us off after 30 minutes of driving. We called the office and they were very unprofessional and rude and told us the driver will drive around for another 20 minutes but then he’s dropping us off. The driver then drove around very aggressively for the next 20 minutes while turning the a/c off. Will not be using this service again and I would highly recommend using another service!

I rented SUV Stretch, the limo was very old and dirty. I didn’t get the value for my money. The limo arrived late. The driver was nice. I wasn’t impressed.

We used Limo to Go for our wedding in September 2023. They were an absolute dream to work with, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for limo/luxury car services. Their office team was responsive to my many calls and questions, and was always organized and on top of any changes to the trips I needed to make. And their drivers were great! Showed up for all our trips on-time, very professional, helping with bags and showing us how to use the in-car Bluetooth system. Will definitely be using them as our go-to limo and car service company moving forward!

We used Limo to Go to transport our wedding party for pictures and we had a great experience! Our limo rental was upgraded to a party bus, which was nice and clean, our driver, Donnie, was super friendly and outgoing, and the Bluetooth connection in the back allowed us to pair our own devices. Overall, we had a great experience!
